Anonymous: Will there be more opportunities to para with other tributes after training?

Of course! As alums of WoFM know, but those of you who are first timers do not, we always have a Ball following interviews. You will be allowed to interact with other tributes each IC day until you leave for the arena. There’s plenty of time to meet everyone, but keep in mind that time does pass by all too quickly! Take advantage of the time you have since schedules can get in the way.

Mandatory Task #5: Training Day 2

Rise and shine, tribabies! Time to rinse and repeat, its your second day of Public Training. Remember that we’d like to see you train at at least 2 stations throughout your IC day, but encourage more, for the sake of your… well, survival.
You may also para in the lobby, cafeteria, on the roof, and in your suites. Tag your training para starters: #Training36 and all other paras and OSs: #Capitol36.

Task: This is a literal rinse and repeat of Day 1, but there’s plenty of new stations to train at and more tributes to meet and interact with. Let’s try to see a little more training today than we saw yesterday… that is, if you actually want to survive!
Don’t forget to post your status updates at the end of IC Day 2 (and tag them: #WoFMUpdate). Day 2 ends 3 am PST/6 am EST/11 am GMT on Thursday. You know the drill!
Please see below the cut for the list of training stations. There has been one change, as we seem to have forgotten a station on Day 1.

Anonymous: Do you mean each Training Day or just a normal day in a rper's week?

Each in character training day.

@GMGwen

Anonymous: Whats the minimum number of times we need to train each day?

We would like to see everyone do at least two paras or oneshots a day.  However, we urge you to do more, for it will help you both in character and out in the long run.  The more your character trains, the better off they’ll be in the arena, and it gives them a better chance of achieving a high training score.

@GMGwen

maliaaugustine: I have a question; Are any of the stations like literally outside? if not, is there a way they can go outside like for a few minutes?

Posting for notice:

No, none of the stations are outside.  The forest biome, etc. are artificial environments, similar to the arena.

The doors leading outside from the lobby are heavily guarded, but if they can find a way to sneak out, they can go outside that way.  Otherwise, they can go to the roof.

Anonymous: When the task says training is over Tuesday that means just the first day right?

Yep! Day Two of Training will be assigned after Day One wraps up!

@GMGwen

Mandatory Task #4: Training Day 1

You wake up to find your training uniform laid out on your dresser.  It’s time for public training.  For the next three days, you will be allowed to train at a number of stations chosen and expertly designed by your Gamemakers to prepare you for the arena.  How you train is your decision.  Do you make friends, or enemies? Do you show off your skills, or keep them hidden?  The choice is yours.

Task: OS or Para out your adventures in training.  This is your chance to meet new people, develop your characters, sail ships, and prepare your tributes for the arena.  However, don’t overwhelm yourself.  You have two OOC days for each IC day of training.  Don’t try to get in six paras at a time.  Keep in mind that your tributes won’t be good at everything right away, and might never perfect some skills at all.  Everyone has their strengths and weaknesses.  Also remember that your GMs are watching you!  If you break the rules, you will be punished.
In addition to training, you may also now roam the Tribute Towers feely.  You can para or OS in the cafeteria, lobby, elevator, roof, or your suites.  These will not count towards your training, but can be good for character development.  Tag these #Capitol36

Note: Training will begin now, and ends 12 midnight PST Monday/3 am EST Tuesday/8 am GMT Tuesday.  Please close all paras and post any oneshots by then.  Tag these #training36. Please also post a status update before this time, stating who you trained with, what stations you trained at, and any major developments.  Tag these #WoFMUpdate

Under the cut is a list of training stations available to you in the training center.

Anonymous: What if our paras aren't completely done yet? Are we still allowed to continue but post a Status update nonetheless?

Your status updates don’t have to be up tonight.  All your paras must be closed and status updates must be posted before 3 am PST/6 am EST/11 am GMT tomorrow.  The training task will be posted shortly after that.  As long as you have everything up by this point, you should be fine.

@GMGwen

Anonymous: I don't understand Status updates. ): Can you please give us an example?

No problem! Status updates are an easy way for us to keep track of your actions, and for you to see what your fellow tributes have been up to! I’m on mobile so I can’t really format this, but just include who you para-ed with and give a quick summary of your night! When we get into training, well give you more of an outline. Most people make a graphic to go with, but it’s not required! If you’re still confused, wait for a few to go up so you can see how others format there’s, but there’s really not a wrong way to do it!

@GMGwen

Anonymous: Are you accepting?

Accepting?  Accepting what..apps? If so, no.  We are all full and already in the Capitol.
